Dan Bell re-investigates footage from a 2010 exploration of an abandoned asylum and makes another visit to Baltimore's decaying Uplands mansion. Joined on both trips by co star Rick Serra, this eerie documentary is presented with an objective point of view, allowing viewers to decide for themselves the origins of the unusual sounds captured here.

比很多日本同類的廢墟探秘超出幾個馬位，而且配樂點得很準。紀錄片分為兩部分：1.被改造成辦公室的瘋人院探秘（通過引用9年前同地點的素材，組成了平行式的探秘）；2.夜探Uplands別墅，各種怪異聲音頻發，而且某些片段壓迫感超強。即便兩個大塊頭在插歌打諢，還是難以蓋過滲人的場域。有點可惜的是，YouTube版沒有把離開別墅現場的過程錄像展現出來。
影片探讨了深刻的社会议题，引人深思，具有很高的艺术价值。
剧情挺接地气，就是有些桥段太刻意，煽情过了头。
整部电影的节奏缓慢，缺乏高潮和亮点，让人看得昏昏欲睡。
