前两幕几近嘲讽之能事，黑帮召开畅所欲言的代表大会，警察和黑帮做交易一日休战，在蠢萌的帕克警长面前塞勒斯的喜剧风采都要略逊一筹！……可演到最后一幕，始终被置于嘲讽浪尖的对象突然间尽在我控起来？不像是情理之中的意外反转，而更像是天网恢恢疏而不漏的理念强加！
定义是部喜剧，现在来看，只是有点浪费时间。贼和官之间也没有周旋，也没有斗智斗勇，一个情报员捣乱的故事。
冷门的电影，有趣的故事可惜导演并没有拍得很好看。
